Briefing: 10:10am

Letter-Writing: 10:20am-12noon

Instructions: -If you plan to attend this event you must RSVP as we prepare letters and envelopes based on the number of people who RSVP -If you must cancel, please let us know in advance if possible, so we can give your seat to another volunteer –

Please remember to bring 25 stamps -You will write your reason for voting on 25 letter templates -You will also address, stuff and stamp each envelope (we will take the letters to the post office) –

Event Info: Swing Left Fresno is partnering with Vote Forward to send letters to registered voters in the Super States.

In 2018, Swing Left helped flip the House, and now we will flip the Senate in 2020 by targeting swingable states.

The letter templates from Vote Forward have the names and addresses of each voter and you will share your civic reason for voting. If you are interested in hosting and organizing an event yourself, please let us know.
